I am a self-proclaimed possibilist who has spent nearly two decades engaged in conversation with individuals, communities, and organizations to collaboratively develop pathways, creatively devise opportunities, and courageously overcome barriers. With a Master of Fine Arts, a Master of Rangeland Stewardship, and trained in facilitation and mediation, I have counseled leaders, organizations, and communities to develop trust-based relationships and navigate through transformative conflict resolution resulting in collaborative decision making. Listening with authenticity, empathy, compassion and genuine curiosity, I specialize in the fields of agriculture and ranching, rangeland ecology and wildlife, wildland fire, strategic and succession planning. I live with my son at the edge of the Colorado prairie where we spend as much time as possible on the rangelands and in the mountains.
