This video is part of a larger project with the Ruckelshaus Institute and Lupine Collaborative orally documenting women’s experiences in natural resource organizations. Featuring Linda Merigliano and Alison Dooley, our short video will feature these women’s careers with the US Forest Service, showcasing the role of mentorship in their professional lives. Join us for the first video showing of this project, followed by a discussion on the themes raised in the film, and on the broader potential of the WY WINR network to support women throughout their natural resource careers.

Sera Glass is a creative, science communicator, and first-year master’s student at the University of Wyoming.  She is passionate about the intersections of storytelling and environmental science, and her master’s research investigates communication practices of federal agencies regarding sacred site management.
