Nonprofit Leaders Mastermind Group

Leading a nonprofit organization is hard, and the work is frequently complicated, frustrating, and stressful as well as being exciting and energizing. The virtual Nonprofit Leaders Mastermind Group seeks to magnify your success (and happiness) by creating a structured and confidential virtual setting to come together virtually with your colleagues and peers to share ideas, provide moral support, and increase your efficacy as a leader.

By joining this group of 5-12 nonprofit leaders, you will:

• Be a part of a community of collaborators and advisors dedicated to each other’s success;

• Solve problems and address challenges through collective creative thinking;

• Have a place for celebrating your successes big and small; and

• Have an opportunity to sit in the “hot seat” – a time to focus on your specific problems or challenges.

Sessions will last approximately 90 minutes, and will take place at a time and day convenient for members. The virtual meetings will be supplemented by a private online discussion group where participants can stay easily connected to each other in between sessions.

Cost: $240 which includes:

--- 6 90-minute sessions over 3 months

--- Access to a virtual private discussion space

--- One 60-minute one-on-one coaching session with Deb Kleinman

--- 20% off a 6- or 10- session coaching package with Deb Kleinman
