About the event

Join members of the CPNR community (current and past participants and friends of the program) and our volunteer trained coaches for a 3-part hands on workshop series on coaching as an essential adaptive leadership practice.

The Sessions (all from 12:00 - 1:30 pm MT)

  • Session 1 on January 8: Introduction to coaching, and a moderated discussion with trained coaches about their experiences
  • Session 2 on February 1: Peer coaching - learn about the GROW model of peer coaching and have the chance to practice in triads
  • Session 3 on March 26: Debrief the coaching experience and discuss its potential in the context of collaborative leadership.

Session 1 will be recorded; however sessions 2-3 must be attended live in real time.

Opportunity to Work with a Coach

After the first session, those interesed in working with a volunteer coach for 4-6 sessions of one-on-one time will be matched with a coach. These volunteers have all received or are receiving advanced training as professional coaches, and are in need of coaching hours to pursue certification.
